For processing a housing loan from a nationalized bank or financing company

My brother want a housing loan for purchase a property of 1600000 lakh and my brother have a salary of abt 32000 /p.m. and he has last two year returns also so how i can get a loan without mediator and what are the loan possessing fee and what are included in this processing fees and full procedure upto loan passed

Fca status

Dear Experts,

I am a House wife and I have 5 years Continues Associate Membership of ICAI.

I do not hold Certificate of Practice.

I want to apply for Fellow Membership , i do not have any Job Experience.

My question is :-

Will Fellow Membership be Granted by Institute in this case.

Please suggest.

Shifting of registered office another to within the state

Hi,
Please advice procedure of ROC regarding shifting of registered office of a company from one city to another within the same state. for e.g. from Mumbai to Pune.

also advice any special resolution format for the same.
