Any one help me for format of Board Resoulation for society opening bank A/c.

“RESOLVED THAT a Current account for the Company be opened in the name and style of ‘________’ with ______, _________Branch, (“the said bank”) and that the said bank be and is hereby authorised to honour cheques, bills of exchange and promissory notes drawn, accepted or made and to act upon any instructions so given relating to the account by the following persons on behalf of the Company whether the same be overdrawn or not relating to the transactions of the Company:
