25 June 2015 We are forming a new company in India, in which one director will be Indian & one will be Jamaican. I wanted to know whether both the directors need to have the DSC or it will be sufficient if the Indian director has one ?
As there will be complexities in making the DSC of the foreign director.

25 June 2015 DSC for one Indian director would be enough. However you cannot continue without the DSC of foreign director.

For applying DIN of foreign director you need to have DSC of that director. Further arranging DSC for such foreign director is not that difficult. Docs for DSC and DIN are same.
