My Client doing gold business in Bangalore. Is any registrations or licences required for that business

While filing MGT-7 of a private limited company I'm facing the following problem:- As on 31/03/2015 there were two directors who resigned in April 2015 and two new directors appointed in place of those retiring. now while filing MGT-7 we are only required to fill information of directors as on 31.02.2015 i.e in my case i will fill information of old directors. now in case of small company only 1 director is mandatory to sign through DSC. in my case old directors cannot sign MGT-7 & MGT-7 is not allowing us to sign with new director's DSC. what should i do in this case?

I have completed my articles but didnot receive any confirmation for institute. If there is a way , I can find out about my articleship status.

The NRI remits thro banking channel to his parents. The parents invest these remittances in immoveable property in the name of the NRI/After three years, the property is sold and the proceeds are being credited to NRO account including capital gains.

Can these proceeds be retransmitted to NRI in normal course

The parents are in possession of FIRC for the remittances received from their son.

Kindly clarify and give the procedure to be followed
