DSC issue

Whether a practicing chartered accountant can take DSC sub-agency and sign agreement with Registering Authority or Certifying Authority for issue of DSC to his clients?

Ours organization is covered under esi. Recently an employee joint in our organization who is an ex military man. He availed ECHS(EX-Service man contribution health scheme) and submitted a written request to exempt him from esi contriibution. Is it possible to do so? if yes then what is the procedure to do so?

i am an accountant fresher, currently working in production-Film /adv. company . My query is we have paid less amt to one professional person against what we deals with him and his bill amt is high. in tally Cr balance is still showing. Let me know in that case what I need to raise Dr note /Crno. or how can manage his account.

Exam Form Attestation query

Plz suggest me its urgent... In Ipcc Exam form my Photo and Signature is not there in Online portal so i have take the print of the Exam Form.. It is asked ti to be attested so can i take the Sign of any Advocate in that...??? Or a CA's sign is Compulsory...?
