Our organization is IT company and its strength 150 above employees. So recently government has amended MB Act 2017 and increased benefit of leave from 12 weeks to 26 weeks. my question is, is it mandatory to give 26weeks to MB Leave to employee or can give 12 weeks or like 20weeks in Pvt companies ?

as a un registred partner ship firm address is changed then what they have to do again they have to prepare
new partner ship deed or what BUT ADDRESS MEANS GROUND FLOOR TO FIRST FLOOR IN THE SAME PREMISUS please give me the breif about this.

I have registered in CS early in 2003 /04
however Got married that time and later on started it .But again due to some unavoidable situations the studies has been stopped . Now, my age is 36 years .
Can I restart my studies (CS) and are their any scope for me for getting job or something for me after completing this course.

As new spice form 32 is been available and we can take Din with that form,iam experiencing difficulty in filling the details of directors.First name and Sur Name is mandatory for the same.But as per pan the name of father is only having First name.By verifying pan it shows success but while doing check form showing last name not filled.Kindly guide me as it is urgent

If a local transporter has to transport the goods to Mumbai from Noida

he pick up the goods to send to delhi to a big transporter , who in turns transport the goods to Mumbai

then please confirm how the to prepare the e-way bill for the Local Transporter from Noida as well as big transporter at delhi
