what is the procedure to have a TIN facilitation centre, whim to contact, whats the formalities and how much amount is neeeded?

I have passed my PE-2 examination in may 2007 but due to my house financial problem,I could not registered for final course.I get a job in ICFAI BUSINESS SCHOOL,Gurgaon as an INTERNAL AUDITOR.But now I want to continue my CA Final,I want to confirm is it possible to continue the same. Please give me deatail information regarding this.

Pls tell me what are the consequances of leaving the job without notice?

I did not sign any bond but i signed my appointment letter according to which i have to give 45 days notice or equivelent amount i lieu of notice.

I Know legally they can force me to pay the amount if the notice period is not served.

BUT the BIG ques is:can they make any complaint in ICAI or anything which wud be harmful for my CA Membership?

what are the basic requirements and fees structure? At present, I am in Pondicherry.
I am completed BBA- Graduation & M.Com (1 paper to be cleared). I am working in a private concern as Accounts Officer. Somebody told me for doing CA, I have to go training under Auditor. That is why, i am asking this query.

Sir, I am student of ca and cwa final. My exams are due in nov and dec 08 respectively. I am in deep deep trouble because I am not feeling motivated to complete it. I have tried hard to concentrate but to no avail. I need your advice very badly.
I would also like you to suggest if I should go for both of my exams together or otherwise?
