We want to go for cost cuttings & savings in our company please suggest some good ideas even gives small saving

I have joined a MNC, they have clupped the gratuity into my CTC part.
1)Gratuity is a part of CTC or not?
2)What would happen If I leave the company before 5 years than I am eligible to get my gratuity amount or not?
3)There is any law which can support me to do the case on company for gratuity?

A pvt. ltd co. having no business transactions incurred some pre-operative exps like audit fee, legal fee and bank charges. My query is that whether these expenses will appear in Form 23ACA or not.

I need to inspect list of shareholders of a private ltd. co. But on the site there is availbale only the e-forms. The attachment to Form 20B is not open for view.
Plz guide me how I can view the same

My bank is providing finance to a indian company for investing in equity of a company located in saudi arabi. Is there any way through which shares of the saudi company can be pledged or can i create any charge on the assets of the saudi company in favour of the bank.
In other ways how can i get a secuirty of the saudi company to the extent of my loan

Presently i have taken the corporate guarantee of the borrower company and extension of charge on the assets of the borrower.

what is meant by REPO rates what is the use of reducing it

I took a home loan from a leading private bank under the floating rate scheme(I have rented this property). My father is interested in prepaying a portion of the loan on my behalf. Can I take a loan from my father to prepay a portion of my existing home loan from the bank and enjoy the tax benefit, can I repay the loan taken from my father in an EMI basis just like the normal loan from bank? Also what is the documentation(with my father) I would require to claim the tax exemption.
