Reply letter to income tax department

.we have got a letter from income tax department u/s 142 (1) .....in the matter of letter is that the we furnished the ITR with wrong information about income source. We received all income through bank but in ITR we selected mistakenly .received money by any other mode...

so advice me how to deal with it.

please help me ...

Applicability of ESI

We request expert opinion on the following :

1. One concern employing more than 20 employees and the employees are covered under group insurance scheme.
2. Our query whether that concern is also liable for ESI if the employees salary is less than Rs.21,000/- even though they are covered under group insurance scheme.

Maximum wages to be considered for PF

We request expert opinion on the following :

1. One service provider having PF registration deputing worker ( who is also covered in PF list of the service provider) to one concern .
2. Our query is whether PF is to be remitted ( both for employer and employee) on the minimum wages applicable to the industry of principal employer or on the minimum wages applicable to industry of service provider?

Borrowing from a non-resident

I want to ask about the interest rate(or the provisions) which would be applicable in case of an Indian resident borrowing from a non-resident in USD. Also any income tax provision applicable other than TDS .

Procedure for Merger of CA Firms

I am going to merge my proprietorship firm with a partnership firm. Procedure for the same involves two steps, as follows:

1. Execute a reconstituition agreement/ revised partnership deed.
2. File a merger agreement in Form E with the institute.

My query is that whether the revised partnership deed will contain a separate merger clause in it or not?

Partnership Deed

We are using current dated (11th Nov 19) stamp paper for executing a partnership deed. If a partner wants to join our firm with effect from 01.04.19. Can we use the current dated stamp paper for executing a partnership deed and registering?
