CA INSTITUTE LOGO !!!!!!!

DEAR ALL,

can u pl clear my query with regards to using the CA INSTITUTE LOGO legally on my RESUME pertaning to interviews for Industrial Training.

If No, then under which provisions of statute m i disallowed to and pl give me the ref for the same.

if Yes, is it Implied that being a CA Fianl Student i can use it.

Proressional Tax

Dear All,
Any one can give me the Sklabs for Professional Tax for Differnet states, and if we the Head Office in Bangalore n branch offices in differant States how PT should be calculated.

Further to the above we have the branches at Pune, Delhi, Baroda, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Mohali, Kolhapur and Kolkata....
Any body tell me the slabs for Diff branches and paymnet due dates (ie MOnathly or Qtrly or Half Yearly or Yearly)

Applicability of ESI Scheme

Whether ESI is applicable only on factories or is it also applicable on service industry employing more than 20 people?

If an organisation has 25 employees out of which only 5 have wages less than 10000, in this case is it required to get those 5 employees registered under ESI and make appropriate contribution?

Bonus Act

Is there any time limit but the resersal of the bonus provision made?
It is the policy of the company to pay the bonus amount in Diwali and if the left employees does not come at Diwali the bonus amount is not paid.
According to the Bonus Act, is it correct?
