As per RBI instruction how much interest on overdue FDR given/credit by Commercial Bank. & Also inform when a FDR overdue ( Matured 9 Months ago) than how much interest bank wll give? whether rate of interest of the date when FDR Matured or current rate of interest which was applied for expired period also.

pls. tell us what should be the 'c' form amount, whether basic sales amount or total invoice amount. Is there is any diff. law for punjab & uttar pradesh state bcz some of our parties from this state issuing us 'c' form on basic amount.

i have completed article ship in 2000, but due to some problem i did not clear any group for c.a intermediate exam,that time i work with a reputed ltd. company so i most need c.a degree so please advice me ,can i start again c.a with out article ship training
