If any one completed the IT Training under ICAI , then whether it is required to take Computer training under ICSI.

The seller is proposing to me that to reduce the stamp duty charges, I should give him 15L in cash and 15L in check while registering. Later, he will give the cash back to me and take the check for the same amount.

I have served articleship for 2 years and 1 month in which 5 months of exam leave (including 11 Days of exam twice) as well as 1 month sick leave , 1 month of I.T Training and approx 1 month casual leave during that period. Hai everyone I ca final student I am doing article in Guntur already one year completed and my final attempt was on nov’11 so, I want change my articleship from Guntur to Hyderabad that means another auditor office. Can you people explain the procedure to change my articleship to Hyderabad. Is it true guys, it is very difficult to get termination at this movement I am very worry about this issue. If there is any difficulty and please explain any other remedy toward getting of my termination.

if some member of our ca club is making any disturbance with any other member of ca club - like ape or something like that then what can be done - whether any steps can be taken against of that person if the offence get proffed?
