Leave granted to Articles during articleship

I have served articleship for 2 years and 1 month in which 5 months of exam leave (including 11 Days of exam twice) as well as 1 month sick leave , 1 month of I.T Training and approx 1 month casual leave during that period. Now I want to get transfer in new Course i.e., IPCC, What is the number of days should be shown as leave in Form 107 as per ICAI ? Please tell me the Calculation of no. of days ?
