THEY TOLD MIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ALL THESE
IS IT CORRECT

Dear sir,
Being a manufacturer, we received an order to supply material. But the price given in the said order is written as inclusive of all i.e. taxes,transportation etc.
My query is as under :

1. Can we entertain such an order in which after raising bills we are liable to pay the statutory taxes on the whole ammount not on the net price of the material ?

2. Is it possible that any company may issue such an order in which nothing mentioned about the statutory requirements we require legal advice on the matter?

Please advice in the matter.

Say I am running a factory with aid of power, with 12 employees out of which 8 employees earn salary/wages less than 10,000/-. Other 4 employees earn salary more than 10,000/-. Shall Payment of Bonus Act be applicable to me?. i.e. while calculating the > = 10 employees criteria be applicable only to employees earning salary less than the mentioned slab or total number of employees?

I want know, in case anyone gives me bill of fees and wages both individually doesnt qualify for deduction but, aggregate amount crosses 50k do i need to deduct tds?

In our company we are manufacturing water treatment chemical (called resins) and using Disel Generator set for the purpose of generating electricity for captive consumption purpose my question is :-

Whether we are required to maintain cost accounting records as a manufacture of chemical? as some one told us that only resins used in paint and like that are required to maintain the records not water treatment resins and second question is:-

whether we are required to maintatin the same as we are genreting electricity for the purpose of captive consumption?
