Service Tax on selling stalls in exibition

19 June 2010 Our company is a pvt ltd co and starting the business of exibitions. Please tell me whether we have to charge service tax to exibitors for booking the stalls and is there any way to exclude from service tax in such types of business? More over please tell us whether there is any other tax liability on the company, if any which are they?
