17 June 2010 Say I am running a factory with aid of power, with 12 employees out of which 8 employees earn salary/wages less than 10,000/-. Other 4 employees earn salary more than 10,000/-. Shall Payment of Bonus Act be applicable to me?. i.e. while calculating the > = 10 employees criteria be applicable only to employees earning salary less than the mentioned slab or total number of employees?

17 June 2010 For calculation of employees, all employees will be counted even if they are drawing salary more than 10000.
