18 June 2010 how to understand WCT? logic,tax calculation, deposit due dates with form no. and return form no.
if you have any doc/link pls let me know.

18 June 2010 Works contract tax (WCT) is the one type of VAT ( Sale tax) Normal trading dealars and others can easily find out the sale value material for calculating Tax, But come type of contractor those who are dealing both materials and labours together some time while biling they cannot spearate the Material and labour in the bill value. so for this type of sales In VAT department introduced WCT, In this you can pay some concessional rate of VAT on the total bill value( concessional rate because of labout value also include. WCT as told under VAT rate, form, due date based on state will vary
