From last five years esic inspcation esic inspector raise liability from balance sheet for expenses of building,maintanance and other labour charges paid . Most of this type of labour/repairing and maintanance work is done from contracter who is registered with esic and paying esic regullary for his employees.
I want to know that is it necessary to pay esic for this type of liability? Also want to know the how this type of esic liability is occured only from maintances/reparing and jobwork or on employee who is doing work for job work?How can we go for appeal for this querry?

this is the story so far in nov attemt a was very new to CA atmosper.so,i under stand the standard and give may 10 attempt
mind u i have never taken any coching classes.but this time also same result in cost and fm.i didnt understand why?i give full 100 marks answer this time and 85% the quistions knon to me.then why? what was my falt? mind u that i got 78 in cost and 59 in FM in B.COM(Calcutta University) and i love this subject understand it fairly well.
plz guide me what step to be taken?i dont want to quit.i want to study more and more.

I m in PCC.But i have completed my 3.5 years articleship.After this ,can i leave my articlship.can i illigible for final exam.Suppose after 3.5 year in nov 2010 i passed pcc.Can i take final exam may 2011.

The transaction is as follows-

A --- is the Local purchaser
B --- is the seller out of Maharashtra
C --- is the Local supplier

Now A is the billing address and payment made by & also FORM C issued by A to B.

C is the delivery address.In this case FORM C also issued by C to A. My query is whether it is correct ?

Kindly advice for the same.
