i have registered my digital signature on mca and now i want to file form 23b on mca portal. i want to know what is the further procedure. i want to make a user id and i dont know how to do that pls help

We have to submit renewal propsal for TL and CC facility to our bankers for renewal. I have certain queries, and for your view's I shall be ever grateful
1. How much is benchmark Gross Av. DSCR, and what is the lowest acceptable GA DSCR for SBI. Will 1.10 do?
2. Inspite of low DSCR, TL obligations will be fulfilled from capital introductions. Earlier also, capital has been infused and there is no major default in repayment. Is this acceptable to bank?
3. Whether current ratio of 1.05 suffice or it has to be atleast 1.20.

I want to start a proprietorship organisation. I went through some sites and it says we just need to open a bank account. I want to register the name to ensure it remains when I convert it to a company later on or it should not be similar to another organisation.
How can I know if the name is available?

Kindly guide me on the same.
