2009-10 &
2010-11.

is their any interest/penalty for late payment.

If an employee resigns on 26th Sept and joins in a new company. He needs to submit some proof showing the income and tds deducted by previous employer. hence the previos compnay can issue form 12B in the middle of the year for the ex employee.

I HAVE REGISTERED AS IPCC STUDENT ON JULY 2010 AND WE GOT BOOKS IMMEDIATELY. BUT AFTER 20-25 DAYS NEW SET OF BOOKS HAD CAME AND IT INCLUDED LAW AND TAX PRACTICE MANUAL WHICH WE DIDNT ET EARLIER. SO PLEASE SUGGEST ME HOW CAN I GET THOSE BOOKS? IT WILL COST ME OR I WILL GET IT FREE FROM INSTITUTE.

The company is going to import Pericoli Fans from Italy. For import these fans the custom duty will be charged. To minimise the custom duty can we break the invoice amount into material and consultancy charges. IF yes, whether TDS provisions u/s 195 will attract for consultancy charges?

2. at what rate custome duty will be charged for import of Pericoli fans.

I have completed PCC recently and im doing arctiles in a small firm,where there is no scope for much pratical(like Filing of ITR's Tax & Comapnany Audit) now after completion of My CA what should i do?or else whether any one can suggest how to learn all these at home?is there is any alternative?pls suggest me.

i have given paper of audit in ipcc.
i have not written any sections or standards in my answers and have written answers in my own words. core answer i think is ok.
so how much marks are counted for giving standards in the answers
