What is the difference between Co-parcener and Member of a HUF?

Can son's wife can become member of HUF of his Father in law.?

Sir, i appeared for ipcc group 1 in may 2011 n got marks in A/c's - 67, law - 45, cost & fm - 66, tax - 36; and my result has shown as " F - Ex " in marks sheet.
Now my doubt is how many papers i have to re write in Nov 2011. should i have 2 write all papers r only law & tax papers. cause some people told me that i have 2 write all the papers..plzzz let me clear regarding exemptions marks.

I passed my PCE 2nd Group after 5th attempts and My 1st group is still remain with only one subject i.e Advanced Accounting b'coz i've gotted exemption in Audit & Law in Nov.2010.
I have registered my self as a ca student in june.2006 after 5 years i could not clear my pcc.I just want to know from you what should be the strategy of preparation if i want to give my final attempt in May.2012?
