I applied for articleship in kalani & co.at jaipur but they are saying that u will get training in kalani but u have to register yourself with someone outside as there is no seat.

And after 2 months apply for transfer to kalani.sir I am not sure whether they will do so or not after 2 months.

registration with small firm will effect my resume in future or not as i will get experience in kalani but no brand image with me.

passing out final exam is important or getting trainig with some good firm and getting experience.

apply for articleship immediately after completion of exams or wait for result and
then apply.

it happens that after result students do not get seats as all the seats have already been occupied and thier resumes are rejected.

plz reply as soon as possible.

I have passed stage 1 of intermediate ICWAI with: paper 5)cost amd managemnt acoounting=45 marks
paper 6)information Technology=45 marks
Paper 7)law=65 Marks
paper 8)taxation=45 marks

Now in recent(June'11) Exam i have got
paper 5)Accounts=42 marks
paper 6)law and audit=56 marks
paper 10)IDT=50 Marks

others paper are exempted by virtue of my paassing Stage 1 exam....
So,how my aggregate will be counted so that i could pass the intermediate exam..pls reply.

1- is it compulsory to have an office ?

2- i have Paypal verified a/c with my saving a/c is it compulsory to have current a/c with business name ?
3- i will receive payment, and give service
to India and outside India also should
i have to charge service tax to my
clients if yes then percentage for India
and outside ? and if yes then how i can
get service tax no. ? and what is its
charge?
4- when i receive payment from outside then
i have to inform to RBI how can i inform
to RBI and when at the time of audit or
on every tranjection or my bank will inform them ?
5- any other guideline by RBI

6- is there any import of service tax means
when i give service to outsiders then
it is import of service for their`s
country if yes then who will liable for
that, i or my clients ?
