when a company purchase an assets by taking foreign currency loan,& due to currency fluctuation some profit or loss arises...wt should be the treatment? wheather such P/L chargeble to P/l or to be adjusted with the cost of the assets till 2020??

Individual has salary income .He is getting Hra . His wife own the flat and he was not getting benefits of Hra. Now he made d rent agreement with own name near the her flat to get the HRA Benefits ? so He is liable to get benefit of hra?

Pt deduction on bonus

Dear Sir/Madam

Is PT deduction applicable on Bonus ?

E.G.
Person "A" have been working in a Company from last one year and For 12 Months he got salary @ rs.10500/- P.M after deduction of P.T.Rs.200/-.So he has already fulfill the condition of P.T. Rs.2500/- P.A.
Now the company has declare bonus for diwali based on las year. So company will have to deduct the P.T on bonus or not ?"
