Sir I want to know if we are doing business in usa but account maintain in india. so in which currency we should maintain a/c, india or usa, if we maintain in usa then there will be currency fluctuation. please suggest me.

if no act other than maintaining the account is carried out in India, then it is advisable to maintained the accounts on USD.

if you are liable to tax in India (i.e. Resident or Indian company), then you have to maintained books of accounts in INR taking effects of currency fluctation
