I have received Invoice dated 05th July 2013 in Oct 2013 on which tds liability falls, I have filed the TDS return for Second Quarter.

can i take this invoice in third quarter as i have made the payment in oct.

Please suggest.

my company installed a server (computer hardware) few years before and this year they purchased material (of Rs. 2687891)for their networking dressup as include this amount in asset. Is this correct to include this in asset side (dont bother about amount of purchse the matter is about nature)
