Wastage of material

if i purchases 200 pair shoes for employee but after some times it becomes wastage due to non repairable characteristics.so can i reduces my closing stock of shoes by consumption voucher >>??????

Calculation of gratuity

Good Evening everybody,
I have some doubts regarding gratuity.
I want to know how much Grautity i will get if i leave the job after 5 yrs.
My basic salary is Rs. 15000/- and take home pay is 28133/-
So my doubt is wheter gratuity is calculated on basic or net take home pay.
Please guide.
