One vendor submitted Proforma invoice which we submitted excise dept. for CT-3 issue for EOU.

But while in original invoice they made changes in consignee name .

Whether any changes between proforma invoice and Original Invoice is acceptable?

I am A FMCG Distributors (Debtors) of Hindustan uniliver Ltd.

Now We have given some discount to our debtors..
and that money will reimburse By hindustan uniliver ltd..

then should we show it under others incomes or Anything else ?

Comparative bs figure

Sir, if Financial statement of a company is prepared at first year, then there will not be last year data obviously.
my question is that it is mandatory to show last year column as comparative year by showing all figure as 'NA". or remove the last year column.

Please guide
