12 October 2015 Now it is clear that ADT1 is not to be filed every year. But whether resolution ratifying the appointment which is to be passed in every AGM is also not to be filed with ROC ?

12 October 2015 Yes it is true that ADT1 is not required to be filed every year. Resolution ratifying the appointment of auditor will the part of Directors Report. There is no need to file separately to ROC.
