Dear Experts.,
I have a accounts work for A Proprietors firm in past 5 years. This Assesse's ITR filing one of the Chartered Accountant (FCA). This Assesse get TDS deduction from some Customers for Contract works. The past years TDS amount Rs.235642. These all TDS amounts shown in Balance Sheet under Current Assets like Revenue Authorities. The TDS amount also adjusted/computation in his ITR for every year.
Experts, My Questions/Doubts.,
1. Why these TDS amount shown in Balance Sheet under Revenue Authorities or Current Assets...?
2. What is the rules for maintain TDS amounts in Balance Sheet...?
3. How many year will be follow the TDS amount under Revenue Authorities...?
4. The same rule in Partnership Firm...? or Not...?

The charity housing not completed during the current year, can provide funds for the completion of the remaining works, keeping as a libility in bakance sheet. Charitable trust is allowed for this provision or not. Can anybody answer me sir. Thnx

Dear Sir,
I have started my own business. i had received cash gift of Rs. 11,100 from parents on Diwali and shown it as capital introduction. I am receiving payment by way of cheque only. Now I wants to introduce additional capital. How can I? My exact point is, if I pass an entry "Cash A/c. Dr. to Capital A/c.", then the question may arise as to from where this cash came?
If i wants to introduce capital through Bank, how can i? i mean, what could be the Journal Entry?
Please advice.

We had 4 fixed asstes in the balance sheet at the end of 31st march-2016 all valued at approx 8 lac.our company solt out all the 4 assets for Rs. 325000.and such receipt is deposited by company in its bank account.Kindly tell me what treatments are needed to be done in the books of account of the company.Also tell me the status of balance sheet as all the fixed assets of previous year has been sold out
