How to suspense account

hello sir / madam,

THERE IS ONE CREDITOR IN MY BOOKS TO WHICH I NEED NOT MAKE HIM PAYMENT BECAUSE SOMEONEALSE WILL MAKE PAYMENT TO MY CREDITOR ON BEHALF OF ME

AND THAT SOMEONEALSE IS ONE OF MY DEBTOR AND I HAVE NOT SHOWN THIS DEBTOR IN MY BOOKS AND EVEN THIS DEBTOR IS RELATED TO MY BOOKS
BUT THE CREDITOR ALL BILLS HAVE BEEN ENTERED IN MY BOOKS AND I HAVE TO CLEAR MY CREDIT BALANCE IN MY BOOKS SO HOW TO CLEAR THIS BALANCE ,PLEASE HELP

Medical bill for partnership firm

Dear Experts,

I am working in a partnership firm. one of the partner give his medical bills. My question is it is accounted in company accounts or his personal accounts? and also explain me which of the partner bills do not accounted in company accounts ?and which bills are acceptable?

Input of service tax on hotels

We charge 8.4 service tax from out customers on room rent as we get 40 abetment. We have to pay 14 service tax on other services such as Taxi services, commission etc. Can we claim input of this 14 service tax payable from the 8.4 service tax collected even though we are claiming the abetment of 40?

Cash flow

Sir,
for y.e.31.3.14 there was no need to prepare cash flow, now under ca 2013, it is required to prepare it. Should we required to give previous year figures along with figures of current years cash flow figures?

previous year deffered tax asset:25899.35

Current year depreciation as per I T : 209,501.75
current year depreciation as per companies act : 420,837.06

please calculate current deffered tax.....
