Regards closing stock valuation

somebody is arguing that closing stock of poultry business does not include laying birds, includes only non laying birds am much confused as to why closing stock does not includes laying birds please suggest me whether closing stock includes all birds whether laying or non laying

A bill entered in the books and issue the manual cheque twice and both cheque cleared in the bank.

What will the entry of second cheque.

Excel query

i have have an excel sheet in which there are different column like serial no, name , phone no, and address . i want to segregate this data according to areas . but it cant be done . when i apply find option according to areas only address shown but need their phone no and other details alongwith address. plz tell me how can i do this

we have acquire a company on 24/03/2014.whether we have to consolidate whole year purchase ,sale, of Subsidiary company or only transaction of sale & purchase from the date of acquistion.
