A company can not pay rs. 20000 to a party in a same day. But when we have to purchase something for office in another city and this is expenses i.e. spare parts for machine etc. and have to pay immediately because that party is not our supplier. So in that case what should we do? Can we pay more tha limit: i.e. rs.100000

I have purchase one residency hose of Rs. 75 lacs, and loan sectioned for 50 lacs. so can I get deduction of 1 lac under intrust of housing loan. Thanks in advice..

I have doubt that as per Transitional provisions given in the Schedule II of the companies act, 2013, if remaining life of the asset is nil then carrying amount of the asset as on balance sheet date should be recognised in opening balance of retained earnings or may be charged to profit & loss account.

Whether this treatment should be done even though asset is still existing on balance sheet date??
