Interest on loan

If loan is given to some individual and interest is being paid every year without deduction of tds what will be the entry?
do we need to make a provision and then show the payment? or directly the interest payment entry? the balance will keep reducing

Construction work

Dear Sir,

we had payment for construction in advance and deduct tds 1%, now we receive invoice in invoice work is 2940000, service tax is 2.80% = 82320, total 3022320.

we want to make entry with WCT 1%, service tax and tds what entry is right.

Please tell me our company is purchased diesel for more than Rs. 20000/- in cash on site in single day from common petrol pump for genset. Is it disallowed? Payment made for electronic work for more than Rs. 20000/- is allowed or disallowed? Our company is a construction company.

Depreciation as per schedule ii

Sir,
I m unable to get the same residual value , if I use the formula of Schedule II.There is difference in That.I m getting issue for calculating day wise Depreciation..

i.e., If I purchase asset of rs. 1000 on 01.12.2014 having 3 years of life.Residual value is Rs.50 .What will be depreciation for 3 years.

Please guide me for Calculating depreciation , i we purchase asset in mid of year..
