An MNC client (German base) has paid towards membership fees for 20 years to golden palms hotel . Whether the same should be expensed on payment basis or amortised over a period of 20 years

Sir, I want to know the detail accounting entries which we will made for bill discounting made on sales with bank at each stage such as 1) sales made, 2)Bill discounted with bank 3) then Receipt of money from party in bank . my co. has to receive a fix amount from various defined customers on particular day of each month. i want to bring a procedure whereby i enter in to a agreement with my customers for transfer of the fix amount from their bank account to my co.'s account by giving standing instructions to the bank. now after 2 years, holding company is making further investment, then whether capital reserve / goodwill has to be calculated on subsequent investment.

If calculation has to be done then under with para of Accounting standard.......

At the time of both investments, it is only wholy subsidiary..
