09 January 2008 Hi Kapil sir, iam srikanth i passed foundation in 1998 then i registred for articles and did my articles for two years and terminated my articles in 2000 and had to go for a job . i cleared my group-2 of pe-2 in may 2006 and awaiting results of group-1 pe-2. now i want to register for balance one year of articles what is the procedure ,i would be very thankfull if u help me out.

09 January 2008 Have you terminated the articleship? Termination and restarting have to be done within stipulated time. Please file a letter to restart under the same registration and cliam the credit. Then only enter into the new agreement. Good Luck.
