06 December 2018 i have open branch office of my pvt ltd to other state any one suggest me what will be form submitted to roc for intimate. i just read provision but there is nothing mention. kindly suggest me what i do for branch office open?

06 December 2018 As such, there is no requirement under The Companies Act, 2013 to intimate the RoC in case of opening branch offices.
