25 February 2017 Can a sole proprietor have a branch outside india ? If yes then pls tell taxability of that income ?
If no then what is the solution / way to create a branch outside india

25 February 2017 Yes, That income will be taxable in India but relief can be claimed on any tax paid outside India.
