Is Salary Rs.25000/- P.M. allowable for bonus?

Bonus is usually given as 1 month salary. Some firms may even pay 2 months salary as bonus.

As per Bonus Act,
Eligibility of Bonus :
Employees drawing wages upto Rs.10000/- per month or less,
An employee will be entitled only when he has worked for 30 working days in that year. Sec. 8
