Managing director of the company, be and is hereby instructed to make appropriate noting in the register of director’s and to e-file DIR-12 ,for the appointment of Ms. ....................... as additional director of the company, with the Registrar of Companies, Kerala and Lakshadweep by affixing his digital signature on the said form.”
