Is the resolution for Right Issue of shares, allotment etc of a Private Limited Company is Ordinary Resolution.? What type of resolutions are generally known as board resolution? please reply as earlier as possible

12 February 2015 you have to pass resolution in the Board meeting to approve right issue including "letter of offer" & to Approve allotment

13 February 2015 Thank you sir.Is there is two board meetings for approving offer letter & allotment of shares? As the offer letter are in circulation for a period of 15-30 days.
