We are proprietor firm, and registered with service tax,

can we take service tax input benefit on our mobile bill, car insurance, stock insurance, and any like how,we have crossed 150lakh turnover.

and form where i can get these details

As assumed by me that you are not service provider. My reply follows-

1.in case you are Dealer of excisable goods, then you can not take any credit of service tax.
2. in case you are manufacturer of excisable goods, u can take credit of Service tax only on mobile Bill.

we are register in st but not in excise.

so can i take these st input benefit.

or one more thing
bill should be name of company or we can take the other person name bill's benefit also

01 November 2012 we are manufacture and service probider (job work)

or there is any new service tax amendment in this current year aprat or 12.36% insted of 10.3%
