Hello All
My client has not filled return for 2013-14 asstt yr. Now he received compliance notice for that year. He has paid tax also in the m/o Sept 15. He is a senor citizen.
I want to know how to file return for 2013-14 now as the time has barred.
Kindly advise how to reply the compliance notice.

File manual return with jurisdictional AO and reply to compliance as return filed.

I have gone to file manual return in the ward, but they decline to take as the time is barred. Pl advise. I have to file compliance for 2013-14

Select the option of return under preparation. In the remarks column say full tax due has been paid.
