I am a CA final student.I am also pursuing B.com.My B.com will Probably get completed by April 2012.I want to know that can i appear in cs executive exam both groups in Dec 2012.For that uptil when i will have to be registered with icsi??? Plz solve my query...

No, u can't registered as it amounts to continuing 2 courses with c.a. So that ur articlshp Period during that period will b derecognised.
