We have Completed our Bank Branch Audit Report, Now CSA has Revised Bank Branch audit Report Format Whether we Can Issue Revised Report with New UDIN mentioning Revised Audit Report

Can issue revised audit report provided
* that the UDIN already generated has to be cancelled and
* that in the preamble of the revised audit report, clearly mention the reason for the revision.
