Bank account details

In ITR 1 at Sl. No. 27 it has been mentioned to give details of Other Bank accounts held during the previous year like IFS Code, Name of Bank, Account Number, Type of Account. Now please tell me if I have a savings account in the joint name i.e. me and my wife are the account holders so that account details has to be given or not.

The wordings used in clause D20 of ITR-1 is .....bank a/c held by you, which means joint account can be excluded.

Yes. Inference is from the present and the immediately preceding withdrawn form.
