wife & husband both come to me for filing of refund it returns.
i am filing of it returns for 2011-12 AY.
After e-filing, i am identified husband account no is same to wife it return.
i am suggested to husband can add ur wife name in ur bank account problem is solved.
husband not accepted to adding to joint account.
i am filing it return date 3-11-2011 for a y 2011-12 (fin 2010-11).
only wife tds amount 9130/-(declared income 89644)filed ITR-II.
husband tds 26340/-(declared income 15853/-) filed -ITR IV
how to problem solve of account no.
can i will revised return.
both are pvt insurance agents.

please clarify whether you apply refund-:
1.directly in your bank a/c
or
2.By account payee cheque.
if you apply refund by direcly credit in your bank a/c then you are require to file revise return u/s 139(5).
otherwise if you apply refund by account payee cheque then no need to revise..because cheque will sent to you,,your address by account payee name

in chequee bank account no mention, our Andhra Pradesh bankers not accepted bank account not mistake they will reject.
i will revised return filed is correct

Revised the return or give a a/c changing application with cancelled cheque to local income tax ward.
