How to ratify a error committed in the Note to accounts of an audited b/s

You can bring back all copies of notes to accounts and circulate the same after modification.
In case, not possible then issue a clarification from auditor on that point and mentioned that such note will be read as follows :- "Mention the corrected note"
Circulate the same to all holders of audit report.
