29 January 2016 If i have done my servicer tax registration at Mumbai�and billing has been done at�Pune, is cenvat credit available ?

02 February 2016 CENVAT Credit documents should have the name and address of the service recipient, the nature of service rendered, the basic consideration and the service tax amount separately as well as the STC number of the service provider. Both Central Excise and Service Tax Registrations are premises specific. Hence if you have not registered the Pune premises your CENVAT Credit documents would not be in order and the CENVAT Credit may be denied.
