10 October 2008 NOT NECESSARILY. BUT THE CERTIFICATE SHOULD BE OBTAINED FROM A DOCTOR WORKING IN GOVT. HOSPITAL. FOR THE PURPOSE OF CERTIFICATE GOVT. HOSPITAL INCLUDES ANY OTHER HOSPITAL WITH WHICH ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE BY THE GOVERNMENT FOR THE TREATMENT OF GOVERNMENT SERVANTS.
