Can a Company submit audited balance sheet (audited by some other CA) to a bank for credit facility and then get its statutory audit done by statutory auditor at a later stage

Only auditor appointed by the company as per the provisions of the companies act can audit the accounts and such audited balance sheet only can be submitted to bank.
