Audit report for revised itr

11 June 2018 We have filed an ITR for a consultancy firm u/s 44ad. The notice came to file ITR u/s 44ADA as tds was under sectiion 94j.
My query is whether we can audit the firm now and file revised ITR as the profit is much less than 50%.
